Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Jeedent. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully, as it explains the conditions, process, and responsibilities related to returns, refunds, and exchanges.


Return Eligibility

We only accept returns due to product quality issues.

Returns for non-quality-related reasons (including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect purchase, or personal preference) are not accepted.

To be eligible for a return due to a quality issue: – The item must be unused and in the same condition as received. – The item must be returned with its original packaging. – A valid order number and proof of purchase are required.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances: – Non-quality-related return requests – Items that show signs of use, misuse, or improper handling – Items damaged due to customer error – Items returned without prior authorization – Items returned more than 14 business days after delivery


Return Request Process

To initiate a return request, customers must follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at sales@jeedent.com within 14 days business after delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, photos or videos showing the product quality issue, and a brief description of the problem.
  3. Our team will review the request and determine eligibility.
  4. If approved, we will provide the authorized return instructions and return address via email.

Please do not send products back without authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

For defective or damaged products:

Return Window: You have 14 business calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Jeedent pays the return shipping cost.
In practice, the return shipping cost will be shared as follows:
– Jeedent covers 90% of the return shipping cost
– The customer is responsible for the remaining 10%

For customer remorse (non-quality-related reasons):
Returns are not accepted.
If return shipping is incurred under special circumstances, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.


Restocking Fee

No restocking fee is charged unless the returned item shows signs of use, damage, missing components, or requires additional inspection or repackaging.
If applicable, the restocking fee amount will be communicated to the customer and deducted from the refund.


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved: – Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. – Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Please note that original shipping fees and partial return shipping costs borne by the buyer are non-refundable.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the processing period:

1. Please check your bank account or payment method again.

2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

3. If the issue persists, contact us at sales@jeedent.com for assistance.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges only for defective or damaged items.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery.
  • Replacement items will be shipped after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • All shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Address for Returns

Return addresses will not be the same as the original shipping address in most cases.

The authorized return address will be provided by email after your return request has been approved.
